I had almost finished crossing intersection the light turned red and saw a flash was it me or the car behind?

I had ped the light while it was yellow on the first crosswalk, because there are two crosswalks when you p a light, so when I had almost left the intersection and was on the second crosswalk the light turned red and I saw the camera flash but there was a car behind me. Did it take a picture of me or the car behind me? Thank YOu so much
