Togepi & Pokemon Sapphire?

I wouldn't mind trading you a Togepi as long as you don't cheat or clone but it'll take me some time due to the fact I breed the new ones however you could get Togepi in "Pok�mon SoulSilver." There is no way you can get a Togepi onto "SoulSilver" and then trade it to "Sapphire" though. "Sapphire" isn't capable of connecting to Wi-Fi either.
