Neon tetras had eggs.......now what?

First of all, the eggs are just right there in the middle of the tank sitting on the gravel. They're very tiny and transparent. These are neon tetra eggs right? When I got my neons I forgot to ask if theyre boys or girls so this breeding was completely accidental. When will they hatch? What do I feed them? Do the parents eat them? What should I do???? Help me I dont want my baby fishies to die.
