Any other way to unlock iPhone 2.0?

That's not pwnagetool! I just want to unlock it, not jailbreak it. I used quick pwn and it only jailbroke it. Then I tried using pwnage and built a custom firmware but it can't find the bootloader files even if I have them on my desktop! I'm sick of pwnage and I want to know if there's any other safe way (don't even suggest ziphone)
