My puppy stepped over my throat when he woke up should i get checked out?

could by trachea be broke or my windpipe be shatterd or broke? my boxer puppy got up and while i was sleeping he stepped over my throat and of coarse i have one of them Adams apples that stick out and when he stepped over my throat he pushed it in im just wondering if i should go to hospital now its one of those freak accidents i guess i just hope ill be ok
