Pet medical financial istance?!?

I have a 5 year old ferret that desperatly needs adrenal surgery that we currently cannot afford! I was wondering if any one knew of pet medical istance that can help ferrets and adrenal surgery?! Also a question of mind: do u need to pay them back?
