Please tell me What Anime is this?

I want to watch this anime but all i can remember is this one scene where there's a guy fighting (running from) a cyborg (in an parking garage I think) and the cyborg shoots/stretches his arm to kill the guy and just as is about to hit him a robot/cyborg girl falls through the ceiling on his arm. Thus saving the guy.
