Sell expired Alli on ebay?

I've read several different places that Alli is still useable after the expiration date, it just may not be quite as potent. With this in mind, would it be ok to sell an expired, but unopened starter kit on ebay? I hate to just throw it away, but I am not going to use it. (And yes, I'll state in the listing that it is expired, and start the bidding very low.)
