Should i accept this trade?

I get tom Brady and Calvin Jonshon and i give away michael turner ( whos out for week 11) and Phillip Rivers. My other rbs are jonathon Stewart and Cadalac williams and my other wr are hines ward, brandon marshal, mike sims walker and santana moss.
