Who is the tool that does the voiceovers for many XM commercials on channel 202, The Virus?

On XM channel 202 (The Virus), they have a billion commercials, but there is one guy who voices a lot of them. He does Gamefly, cheesy car warranties, Soft Water 1-2-3, and others. His voice is enraging, and he tries to have perfect diction, but sounds horrible. I hate his voice so much, that I will not use any product that he does a commercial for. Yep, I hate him that bad. Who is this tool, and how does he have a job that requires speaking?
