Why do Police Officers Taser people multiple times, What are the guidelines on taser use in San Bernardino Ca?

i am a manager of a supermarket. nearly a week ao i went tino hiding vbecause i found out the mafia is after me. the polce didnt even give me a taser to protect myu life with!!!!
