Why is that she pretend to be my duplicate even though she isn't?

This girl is 20 or 21 maybe...she joined the same university with me.as a student...after 1 semester she discontinued and joined with outsider which tells that she is a fake student...she did English cles with me on same section..where i found out she is the toper of the cl no matter what she wrote on exam...the instructors used to have a fake relationship with that girl and i later knew that she is married and hides her status to fellow mates while charming them with her unusual clic beauty...continuing fake activity withing the privately owned university...her name is Nowshin...she involves with some of the known musician of a boy band..guess it..i don't want to say.She is a fake duplicate who steals identity while her whole family is on same....never mind i'm just bothered about this girl cause whatever she does is for showing others not for real...while i'm the genuine one who needs to stay in the same university achieving my degree by working hard and soul..that takes a lot of sacrifice...i want this stupid fake to get out and do her fake activity on showbiz but not in an educational institution.
