I need help about the game gta san andreas.?

i have two cd patches gta bosnia and gta serbia.But i works some time then its freeze and i must shut down my computer to stop it,or if not freeze then i become a error it says gta san andreas not responding send error report.That happens also with mods example cleo 3 mods,some cars that i must to change the numbers and characters example carcols etc.With gta san andreas mod instaler works fine with bikes,cars and other.Maybe my gta san andrea cd is not good.
