yes, anyone can emigrate to Europe. you need a visa to live there. talk to the Immigration and Naturalization Office nearest you. don't worry about becoming citizens til you actually settle somewhere else. it doesn't matter where your ancestors are from. they don't hand out citizenships because of heritage. it seems like the French don't like anyone that isn't French.
